Here is a summary of the steps on how to top-up MGC using Palawan Express:

STEP 1: FIND THE NEAREST BRANCH

Visit your nearest Palawan Pawnshop or Palawan Express Pera Padala branch before payment code expires. Tell the cashier that you will be making a Bills Payment (not a remittance).

Note: Pera Padala Authorized Agents only are not yet supported

STEP 2: ENTER YOUR PAYMENT DETAILS

You will be given a SEND MONEY FORM (White Form) to fill-up (see sample below):

• Sender
  • Name: Your name
  • Mobile No.: Your mobile number
• Receiver
  • Name: DRAGONPAY / Payment Code given by merchant
  • Amount: Amount due of your payment code
  • Purpose of Transaction: Payment
  • Relationship to Receiver: Client

Give the filled out slip to the cashier/staff with your cash payment.

STEP 3: TRANSACTION COMPLETED

Once you make your payment, you will receive a receipt as proof of payment.
